Job Description
Production of high quality and on-time Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documents, Business Process Flow documents, Test plans and relevant end-user training documents.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications
- Develop training and support programs for implementations, as needed and provide go-live post implementation support to business units.
Requirements
Required:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or other related disciplines. Post-graduate Degree in related field preferred, professional certifications like ECBA, CCBA or CBAP would be an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years in Business Analyst function.
Preferred:
- Understand current requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification, and the ability to apply them in practice
- Have the knowledge of process engineering and process improvements
