Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or any field.
• Additional certifications in digital marketing or real estate can be beneficial.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and web design is a plus.
• Analytical skills to interpret market data and measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
