Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Manage the booking of conference rooms and appointments.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Manage the distribution of mail and packages.
- Schedule meetings and maintain the office calendar.
Graphic Design:
- Design and create digital and print materials such as brochures, flyers, social media content, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all design work.
- Assist in developing and executing visual marketing campaigns.
Customer Service:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Provide information and support to guests and clients.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant departments within the company.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in front desk or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience in creating visual content for marketing and communication purposes.
