Description

• We are looking for a university graduate with at least one year of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in clothing or fashion retail. Immediate resumption is preferred.

Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
• Assist in creating and managing the departmental budget.
• Help design and implement a strategic business plan to grow the customer base.
• Maintain positive interactions with customers, partners, and vendors across all communication channels.
• Track and follow up on sales inquiries through the website, social media, and other platforms.
• Manage inventory records and ensure accurate stock levels, including receiving and reconciling goods.
• Conduct daily cash and sales reconciliation, review retail trends, and handle merchandise returns.

Requirements

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must own a smartphone.
